Laser lipo revolution is HERE!

How would you like to lie on your back for 30 minutes 3 times per week for 3 weeks and lose 1-5 inches of measured girth without any strict calorie reduction or excessive exercise?

What seemed to be a myth and out of reach for most Americans has now become a reality in the form of today’s FDA cleared and FDA approved technology called low level laser “red light” lipo machines.

There is no need to subject oneself to the risks associated with surgical interventions like ‘lipo suction” abdominoplasty “tummy tucks” or the use of thermal energy such as “fat Freezing” or “hot lasers” anymore.

The future of spot fat reduction, body sculpting and “laser assisted weight loss” is low level, FDA cleared, laser technology.
When applied to the subcutaneous fatty layer, low level laser therapy will produce predictable, consistent, lasting, sustainable inch reduction without pain, without downtime, without rigid food discipline, or strenuous exercise as is so common with traditional weight loss and body sculpting.

Areas like your belly, your sides called “muffin tops” on women “love handles” on men, (how fair is that!) back fat, bra bulges, thighs, cellulite improvement, arms, chins all can be safely improved using the Laser Lipo.

With proper client selection results can be almost guaranteed by following a few simple rules.

1. Be consistent with your laser lipo sessions. 3 times per week for 3 weeks is a great beginning and will produce “WOW” results in a very short time. The reason for “one day on” and “one day off” is due to the fact that each laser session will release approximately 40-60 grams of free fatty acids or 400-600 calories into the interstitial tissue. Unlike lipo suction where the released fat is sucked out and placed in a jar, our procedure requires those released fatty calories to be absorbed naturally and be made available to your body in the form of energy which must be utilized and burned over the next day or two.

2. Use whole body vibration for at least 10 minutes immediately following your 30- minute laser session. Since the laser releases stored energy from the outer fatty layer of cells, it is a slow process for the body to absorb and convert those calories into energy with normal exercise and time. Whole body vibration accelerates the transfer of energy from the peripheral interstitial tissue into the visceral system which is where your body burns the energy. Without whole body vibration it might take 2-3 days for the body to release and burn those released calories. WBV does this effectively in only 10 minutes so you get results quicker and see inch loss more consistently than relying on home exercise to burn calories.
3. Do not eat any food 2 hours before your laser session and no food for 2 hours following laser sessions. Since the laser is releasing fatty calories from the outer layer of fat cells and they must be consumed by your normal metabolism, or they will be stored somewhere else, it is imperative that there are no competing calories present in your system when the laser makes available the extra 400-600 calories from stored fat. If you have eaten before the laser or eat after the laser within the 2- hour window your results might suffer since those calories compete for absorption and utilization and inches lost will be seen however, very little weight loss will be observed as a result.

4. You need to eat light during the entire 3 weeks. Let’s face it, overeating during ANY lipo procedure or weight loss goal is counterproductive and will cause lack luster results. You must eat smart and lightly during the 3 weeks. Lean protein, clean green vegetables and drinking plenty of water are keys to success. At the Slim Body Laser Spa much attention is paid to this when we work with clients. It gives them better results from the laser and overall it helps them to maintain and sustain the inch loss once they leave our spa.

5. Avoid empty calories! Soft drinks, alcohol, candy, ice cream, cakes, cookies, bagels, bread products, fruit high in sugar, potatoes, rice or starchy foods are called empty calories since there is very little tissue building or nutrients transferred to the body. These foods are mostly converted to fat and are essential if food was to become scarce as it once was 30,000 years ago. Today not so much. These foods called empty calories are responsible for the explosive weight gain we are seeing and the concomitant health related problems we all seem to be suffering from. Health problems like Diabetes, Stroke, heart and vascular disease, arthritis, low energy, low libido, difficulty sleeping and on and on.

 

These suggestions are by no means the only rules to ensure great lasting results. People are varied and different as they should be. Some need more help with food others don’t. Some have scheduling issues and others have lots of time to schedule and focus on their health. Some have medical considerations and need modifications to their laser plan and others do not.
